A common route is to take the Taipei Metro to Xindian Station, then continue to Wulai by the hotel’s scheduled shuttle, taxi or other local transport.
Yes. Volando Urai provides a scheduled shuttle service between Xindian MRT Station and the hotel. Seating is limited, so advance reservation is recommended. Please refer to the Getting Here page for the latest schedule.
Rain does not automatically cancel Life Rituals. Please refer to the information provided during your stay for the day’s arrangement.

Yes. Staying guests should obtain a locker key from the front desk before using the public bath.
The public bath is open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with last entry at 10:00 PM. It is closed every Wednesday and is available to guests aged 12 and above.
No. The public bath follows Japanese-style nude bathing customs and is separated by gender. Swimwear is not worn in the bathing area.
The in-room bath is inside your guest room and offers privacy. The public bath is a gender-separated Japanese-style communal bath for staying guests. Private bathhouses are separately reservable bathing spaces and are distinct from both.
Yes. Please let us know your dietary requirements and food allergies in advance so the culinary team can prepare accordingly.

Rooms are primarily designed for two guests. The Superior Room and River View Room can accommodate a third guest with an extra bed by advance arrangement, subject to availability.
Yes. Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests. You may either leave your vehicle with our valet attendant or drive directly to the hotel’s designated parking area.
Valet parking service is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with gratuity at your discretion. Please kindly note that the latest vehicle pick-up time is before 7:00 PM.

A bathhouse can be used by one person, but it costs the same as using it by two. Additionally, for safety reasons, we will make a care call to the bathhouse after about 30 minutes.
This hotel’s bathhouses are all indoors, but have exterior-facing windows. There are two types: scenic and luxurious scenic bathhouses.
In order to take care of the dining environment and quality, all meals in our hotel are served in the restaurant.
Only guide dogs are permitted within the hotel.

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m., but guests can drop off their luggage at the counter at 2:30 p.m. for a welcome afternoon tea.
It includes a welcome afternoon tea upon check-in (14:30–16:00), a French dinner (18:00–20:00), an in-room late-night snack (22:00–24:00 (last order at 23:45), and an energizing breakfast (07:30–10:00).
The menu is adjusted seasonally by the chef. The late-night snack mainly consists of soup noodles. The welcome refreshments mainly include several snacks, tea and coffee.
Window coverings in guest rooms and bathhouses have a light-blocking efficiency of 99% or higher, thanks to the use of fully reflective thermal insulation paper and curtains. In addition, there are signs in the guest rooms and bathrooms in Chinese, English, and Japanese that remind guests to protect their privacy.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 noon.
