A Private Place to Stay with the River
Morning light, the movement of the Nanshi River and the changing colours of the mountains become part of the room at Volando Urai. Every guest room has its own private hot-spring bath, offering a quiet place to slow down between the different moments of your stay.

The rooms and suites differ in their view, space, height and relationship to the river. Some open onto a private balcony; some bring you closer to the water; others offer a greater sense of space. The choice is less about finding a “better” room than choosing how you would like to experience Wulai.

Caution:

1. The definition of a weekday is Sunday through Thursday. Fridays are the peak day during the off-season. An off-season holiday is one that is on a Saturday, a national holiday that lasts more than one day, and its eve. Friday, Saturday, and any national holiday that lasts more than one day are considered peak season holidays.
2. The price is set on December 31, January 1, and during Chinese New Year.
3. Room rates include welcome refreshments,  dinner, in-room late-night snack, energizing breakfast, unlimited use of the Grand Bath (only for children and adults over the age of 12), complimentary drinks (including alcoholic beverages) in the Mini Bar, wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, and audio-visual equipment in all room types.
4. Enjoy complimentary performances at the hotel’s cultural and artistic events.
5. Guests receive a complimentary CD of Volando Healing Music as a welcome gift.
6. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
7. All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card or wire transfer.
8. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accommodate children under the age of eight.
9. Visitors are not allowed at the hotel.
10. Maximum of two guests per room, including children over the age of eight.
11. No pets are permitted at this hotel.
