Hotel Shuttle

We offer a complimentary shuttle service between the Xindian MRT Station and Volando Urai. Seating is limited, so please make a reservation in advance.

Reservations can be made by calling +886-2-2661-6555.

 

Please wait at the bus stop for ten minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The bus will depart on schedule and will not wait. We appreciate your cooperation.

 

*There is an additional fee of NT$50 per person per trip for hot springs use, dining, and other expenses.

*We are closed every Wednesday.

Pubic Transportation

Traveling by Coach

Take Xindian Coach [849] Wulai – Taipei

Please alight at Yanti Stop. There are bus stops along Roosevelt Road and Beixin Road. Alternatively, take the bus at the exit of Xindian MRT Station. On weekdays, the coach departs roughly every 15–20 minutes, and on holidays, it varies slightly from 11–17 minutes.

By Car

Traveling by Road

[Surface Road in Taipei]

From Roosevelt Road, continue straight through Beixin Road in Xindian via Jingmei (the latter portion of the road changes its name to Beiyi Road), pass the MRT Xindian Terminal, and turn right onto Xinwu Road approximately 800 meters later.

After traveling approximately 13 kilometers and passing through Huayuanxincheng, Quchi, Honghegu, you will see the Wulai Township Office on the left and then have to walk 100 meters to reach the Volando Urai Resort.

 

[Valet Parking]

You can either have the valet park your vehicle for you, or you can drive yourself to the hotel’s free parking lot. From 9:00 to 18:00 (last pick-up before 19:00), you can take advantage of our valet parking service for a fee of your choosing.

 

* Please be reminded:

For the sake of safety, drivers on the “Xinwu Road” are obligated to turn on their headlights, and a fixed digital camera system has been installed there as well. The penalty may range from NT$1,200 to NT$3,600.

To avoid fines, please make sure to turn on your headlights before entering “Xinwu Road” as you head toward the hotel.
